View Logic and Accuracy Tests Online February 22
The public is invited to view the logic and accuracy tests online for the March 9 City of Goodyear election. The Maricopa County Elections Department is extending this option to the public in light of COVID-19.
Logic and accuracy tests are open to the public and performed before and after every election to certify the accuracy of the county's tabulation equipment and accessible voting devices.
When: Monday, February 22, 2021 at 1 p.m.

About the election: The City of Goodyear is holding an all-mail special election with 10 propositions on the ballot. State law allows jurisdictions to hold all-mail elections. Election Day is Tuesday, March 9.
Public notice is hereby given that, pursuant to A.R.S. §16-449, there shall be a logic and accuracy test of the central count tabulators and accessible ballot marking devices and programs to ascertain that the equipment and programs will correctly record the votes cast for all measures in the City of Goodyear Jurisdictional Election to be held on Tuesday, March 9, 2021. Said testing shall commence on Monday, February 22, 2021 at 1 p.m. at the Maricopa County Tabulation Election Center (MCTEC), 510 South 3rd Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona, and shall continue until completed.
