Public Notice: Logic and Accuracy Test on May 12
The public is invited to view the logic and accuracy tests for the May 17 Jurisdictional Election on Tuesday, May 12 at 10 a.m. Logic and accuracy tests are open to the public and performed before and after every election to certify the accuracy of our tabulation equipment and accessible voting devices.
Public Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to A.R.S. §16-449, there shall be a logic and accuracy test of the central count tabulators and accessible ballot marking devices and programs to ascertain that the equipment and programs will correctly record the votes cast for all measures in the city of Litchfield Park jurisdictional election to be held on Tuesday, May 17, 2022. Said testing shall commence on Thursday, May 12, 2022 at 10 a.m. at the Maricopa County Tabulation Election Center (MCTEC), 510 South 3rd Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona, and shall continue until completed.
