Saturday 11/9 Morning Update: Unofficial Results for the 2024 General Election

Updated, unofficial results are now posted for the 2024 General Election in Maricopa County at Results.Maricopa.Vote.
Results reported by Maricopa County Elections now represent 1,762,287 ballots, which is 68.12* percent of total eligible voters. *There are 2,587,197 registered voters in Maricopa County eligible to vote in this election.
Results now represent ballots received through Friday, Nov. 1, 2024, and the updated results represent approximately 15,989 voters.**
Below are categories of outstanding ballots. As ballots move through the categories, numbers in one may go down, and others may go up or down depending on where the ballots are in the system. These numbers are a snapshot of a moment in time
Estimated number of uncounted ballots: 337,000
This number is the sum of the three categories below.
Estimated number of early ballots left to be processed: 170,000
The number of ballots that have been received and are in ballot processing, not yet signature verified, or waiting for a signature to be cured.
Estimated number of provisional ballots: 21,000
The number of provisional ballots that need additional research. There are two kinds of provisional ballots: regular and conditional. Most provisional ballots do not require the voter to do anything additional. Election workers will research the voter’s eligibility, and if that eligibility can be confirmed, the ballot will be counted. Voters issued a provisional ballot can check the status HERE.
Estimated number of ballots ready for tabulation: 146,000
This number is a snapshot at a point in time of the number of ballots in the tabulation vault ready for tabulation. As ballots are tabulated, additional ballots are being brought in from processing and provisional ballots are being cured, so the number does not necessarily reflect how many ballots will be reported in the next posting of results.

**Early figures show that more than 2.1 million Maricopa County Voters participated in the 2024 General Election. The exact number for total turnout will not be available until all ballots are counted and post-election audits have been completed.
